About Us
Evergreen Construction, Inc. was started by Mat Roderick in 1998 after realizing his passion for building homes and working with people. Since that time, the company has grown to include an additional seven skilled carpenters and Office Manager Co-Owner, Tracy Anderson who has been with the company for five years.
Mat is a go getter and enjoys customer relations through the construction business. Mat has come from a third generation contracting/building family, which makes it a very special business. As a long time resident of the area, Mat graduated with honors from Lake Superior College in Construction. MatÂ’s experience in construction began as a child and continued throughout high school and college.
Outside of Evergreen Construction, Matt has been involved in coaching Little League Baseball. Mat has long believed in strong morals, values and responsibility. The culmination of these beliefs and experiences has attributed to the continued success of Evergreen Construction of Ely Minnesota.
